More than a number

The counter is the heart of the app. Around it, everything a steady recovery needs.

The counter, in three numbers

41days sober

$862kept

98reclaimed

Days sober, money kept, hours reclaimed — live on your home screen, in the app and in the iOS widget.

A one-tap daily check-in

Mood, triggers, a short note. Thirty seconds a day builds a picture of what actually helps you stay steady.

A diary that stays yours

A private journal behind a PIN. Your words never leave the phone.

A garden that grows with you

Every sober day waters a plant that slowly becomes a tree. Watching it change makes progress feel real.

Milestones worth waiting for

From the first 24 hours to a full year — more than 30 badges, including one nobody wants but everyone earns: the Phoenix, for starting again.

Your body, healing on schedule

A recovery timeline shows what's happening inside — sleep, skin, heart, brain — from 12 hours to one year in.

Progress you can watch grow

Every sober day waters your plant. Nine stages from seed to blossoming tree — it can't be rushed, and it can't be bought. Only earned.

Built by people who count, too

Quitwon makes calm tools for changing habits. We started with the thing we most needed to keep honest: a counter that never nags, never judges, and never loses your place.

Questions, answered honestly

Does Sober Tracker need an account?

No. There's no sign-up screen — the app works on your device from the first launch. Optional features like the seasonal leaderboard use an anonymous device ID, and linking an email is only ever for the supporter feature. You can use the app forever without giving us anything.

Is my data really private?

Your counter, journal entries, diary and check-ins are stored on your phone. The diary can be locked behind a PIN. We collect anonymous usage analytics to fix bugs — never your entries or your identity.

What happens if I relapse?

Nothing scary. You reset your counter when you're ready, and your history stays visible so you can learn from it. There's even a badge — the Phoenix — for people who start again, because starting again is the point.

What's free, and what's premium?

Free forever: the counter (days, money, time), milestones, daily check-ins, the diary, the garden, habits, achievements and the leaderboard. Premium adds the cravings log, pattern insights and PDF reports. There's a 3-day free trial on the yearly plan.

How is the money I saved calculated?

You tell the app roughly how much you used to drink and what it cost. From there it multiplies by your sober days. It's an estimate — but a motivating one, and you can tune it any time.

Does the app work offline?

Yes. The counter, check-ins, diary and garden are local first — they work without a connection. Only the leaderboard needs the network.

Which languages does it speak?

Thirteen: English, Türkçe, Español, Deutsch, Français, Português, Русский, Italiano, Polski, Nederlands, 日本語, 한국어 and 中文.

Is there a home-screen widget?

Yes, on iOS — your sober days sit right on the home screen, updating on their own.

Can I track something other than alcohol?

Sober Tracker is built for alcohol-free days first — the milestones, health timeline and garden all reflect that. Many people use it for other breaks too, but the wording won't pretend to know what you're counting.

Will it actually help with cravings?

The coping toolkit teaches evidence-based techniques like urge surfing and paced breathing, and the cravings log (premium) shows you when and why cravings hit — patterns are easier to beat than surprises.

Can I get my data out?

Yes — the PDF report (premium) summarizes your streaks, mood and spending in a document you can keep or share with a therapist.

If I stop paying, do I lose my streak?

Never. The counter and everything you logged remain yours whether or not you ever pay a cent.
