Counter resets, cravings log, milestones, the recovery garden, the leaderboard — if something behaves strangely or you can't find a setting, tell us what you expected and what happened. A screenshot helps. Your entries never leave your phone, so describe rather than paste if it's private.
Purchases and refunds
Subscriptions are billed by Apple's App Store or Google Play, and refunds happen in your store account settings — we can't charge or refund you directly. If a purchase didn't activate or a plan looks wrong, email us and we'll help sort it out.
Privacy and your data
Sober Tracker keeps your counter, journal and check-ins on your device. Questions about the app's privacy policy or this website's policy go to the same inbox. We don't run ad networks and we don't sell data.
